I have been involved in the Asbestos Industry for over 15 years as an Assessor and Surveyor.   I have been actively involved in the Christchurch rebuild strategy with EQC, Government Departments and Local Councils  and I pride myself on building long lasting business relationships built on trust and great service.

With my wife Ali and I run 2 other companies: The first a Production company called Ali-Cat Productions Ltd that delivers world class theatre and cabaret shows all over Australasia. And the 2nd company Cultivate Joy is a company that focuses on Retreats and Tours that promote well-being and enjoying what our world has to offer.

I have 2 incredibly busy boys that just love their swimming!!

I look forward to hearing from you :-)

I am an Assessor that specialises in Asbestos and Meth affected properties having been involved with hundreds of domestic and commercial projects over the last 10 years.

I am originally from Arica in Chile, and I pride myself on providing outstanding service to all my clients – and I often get warm feedback and lovely comments on the way I approach the various projects that I am involved in.

Outside of work, I love fitness activities and have played rugby at a relatively high level.  I am married to Becky and have 2 young boys that keep me very busy and grounded outside CECNZ.  I am proud of my Chilean roots and I am also very pleased to be a NZ citizen and part of a business that helps to keep NZ green.

Contact me anytime and see how we can help you !!
